Note: For proper coverage of your event on the day it occurs, and to allow enough time to produce publicity materials (posters, fliers, etc.) to advertise your event in advance, this form should be submitted to the Marketing and Public Relations Department six weeks prior to the event. Information provided on this form may be used in news releases, public service announcements, internal publications, or other public information channels. The Marketing and Public Relations Department reserves the right to use all material according to its timeliness. We want your event to be successful and get the attendance and coverage it deserves! Your interest and cooperation are appreciated.

 

*Allow three (3) weeks for production of fliers, posters and mailers.

**Program information for concerts, plays, etc., should be submitted to the Publications Coordinator in the Graphics Center at least two (2) months prior to the event.

Please be sure to notify the Marketing and Public Relations Department at 395-4251 or the Graphics Center at 395-4504 of any change in information or in the event of cancellation.

Be sure to follow up with a telephone call to Debby Moberg, publications coordinator, at 395-4651 to confirm receipt of your request for printed materials.
